We don't make our products ourselves, we have found a perfect match with a very skilled formulator and production partner. Our partner is located in Almere, also in the Netherlands. Over there our products are made by hand and with loads of love, on a way more professional level than we could in our kitchen ;) This way we make sure the quality of our products is consistent and the production proces is compliant with al EU regulations.

Absolutely! And there's no animal testing or other cruelty involved.
Absolutely not. We made sure there are no microplastics to be found in our makeup and are certified by The plastic soup foundation as a Zero Plastic Inside brand.
Sure! Our makeup contains ingredients that benefit the skin, you won't find any harmfull substances or allergens. It's dermatologicaly tested on real humans (not animals) of whom none had any rash or other unwanted skin response to our products.

We ship your order ourselves. When your product is in stock, we will ship within 1 or 2 working days.
You will get an e-mail with tracking information as soon as we pack your order.

No we don't. We only ship to Europe. We don't want to conquer the world, we want to spare it from loads of small packages being shipped by air.
Please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can fix your mistake before we ship your parcel! We can't change it after we've shipped it and we can't be held responsible for a faulty or lost shipment in this case.
Returns and exchanges
We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If you are not, you can always contact us for any return question at email@example.com.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
