Caesalpinia sappan bark extract is an extraxt from sappanwood. It helps to sooth infammation and allergic reactions and it's a colourant. We use it as a natural piment to give our Lollypop Pink makeup that popping pink color.

Calcium Aluminum Borosilicate is a natural powder that consists of tiny shiny flakes. We use it in our Moonlight Silver makeup balm to give it that extra glow and sparkle.

Euphorbia Cerifera Cera is a wax that comes from the Candelilla plant in central and southern Africa. It’s the perfect natural and vegan alternative to beeswax. It has protective properties for the skin.
We use it in our play makeup to make sure the balm stays firm enough to be easily applied. It also gives a shine to our balms.

Glycerin is one of the most used ingredients in cosmetics because it’s fantastic for hydrating the skin. This natural liquid makes sure our products will keep the skin soft and smooth, no matter the skin type. The glycerin we use is 100% vegan and certified organic.

Mica is a natural mineral that can be grounded down to sparkling powder. It's basically natural glitter and comes in many different colors. Almost all cosmetics that have a shine or glitter effect, contain mica.
There is some controversy about the use of mica. Especially about the way it is mined. In some regions in India, where the largest mica deposits can be found, it’s not uncommon mica is being mined by children. That’s an absolute no go for us! Thankfully we found a supplier that gets it’s mica the fair way. So no child labor, no dreadful work environment and a fair price for the mica.

Oryza Sativa Starch is the main component of rice. When its
extracted, it takes the form of a very fine powder. It's mostly used as a natural alternative to talc.
It is known for its highly absobent properties and is very benifical for people with dry skin.

Jojoba oil is our main ingredient! It comes from the seeds of the Simmondsia chinensis. Technically jojoba oil isn’t really an oil but a liquid wax. Because it’s chuck full of minerals and vitamins, it’s mostly used in cosmetics that benefit your skin.
The jojoba oil we use comes from cultivated crops in Peru. It is certified organic, cosmos, kosher and in accordance with Natrue guidelines. And to top that off, our supplier provides neighbouring elementary schools with healthy, regional organic food for the kids.
We use jojoba oil as the base of our natural play makeup. It’s
natural ability to hydrate and sooth the skin makes it perfect to be used on sensitive skin. And thanks to it’s wax like nature, it can be easily applied without creating a mess.

Tin Oxide is a natural mineral that is often used in makeup to give that nice glossy, pearlescent look. The non-nano tin oxide we use in our products is 100% safe to use.

Titanium dioxide is a natural mineral that can be found in the earths crust. Because of it’s white color, it’s mostly used as a pigment or brightener. It can also be used to make a product more opaque.
A quick search on the web will probably inform you about the fact that this mineral has been marked as possibly carcinogenic to humans. But don’t worry, it only causes a threat if you inhale it as a powder. And even then it’s up for discussion how dangerous it actually is, as no cases of people getting sick have been linked directly to the use of titanium dioxide.
It's marked as safe for use on the skin. Also our non-nano titanium dioxde doesn't penetrate the skin at all. And because our make-up is a balm, not a powder, there is absolutely no chance your little one will be able to inhale it.
So unlike powder based play makeup, we can guarantee it’s 100% safe to use.

Triheptanoin is an oily liquid that is used as an emollient. It has a very high spreadability, hydrates the skin and makes it soft and smooth.
The Triheptanoin we use is derived from castoroil, so it's 100% vegan.
